Shipping
For orders over €35,-, there are no shipping costs in the Netherlands . Below that amount, the shipping costs are €3.95 for Netherlands. We ship our packages with PostNL. If you place an order before 12:00 PM, it is usually shipped the same business day. PostNL provides a Track&Trace code so that the package can be tracked.

Returns
Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, it may happen that you are not completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, it is possible to return your purchase and get a refund. Please keep the following points in mind when returning a product:
For hygienic reasons, we only accept unopened products that are still in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened products for return. If you return an already opened product to us, we cannot provide a refund for it.
